ROWDY IS WHERE WE GET AWAY TOGETHER AND A PRESCRIPTION, FOR TODAY.
THE MOVES: Classes include dance moves coupled with HIIT and strength moves like mountain climbers, plank walks, squats, lunges –all set to music! Modifications will be shown. Do whatever feels right to you, you know your body and where you can push limits and where to tone it down.
WHO IS ROWDY FOR: ROWDY is created for all of us - easy to follow along, our awesome instructors will guide you through it all! Absolutely no “dance” training required!
THE MUSIC: ROWDY playlists are always a blend of pop, hip hop and EDM.
WHAT TO WEAR: Wear whatever you can move in, typical workout clothes and sneakers. NO makeup or whatever makeup you like – just know you will SWEAT!
HOW TO GET THE MOST OUT OF CLASS:
- HYDRATE: Have a full water bottle ready and hydrate throughout class!
- SPACE: Clear space the width of both of your arms(your wingspan) from left and right and in front and in back of you.
- TECH: Check out our streaming tips to optimize the ROWDY experience using your preferred device (phone, tablet, computer)
- ATTITUDE: Bring an open mind. So, you might not nail all the steps your first time, but you'll get more out of each class and if you just move and go with it, you'll leave with some ROWDY BLISS. You’re a badass for trying something new! At ROWDY it isn’t about nailing all the steps. Just keep moving and have fun, and you will be on your way to finding your ROWDY BLISS.
